| IPv6 Promotion Council of Japan developed a prototype of ¡ÈIPv6 Address
Management Tool for LIRs¡É.
The prototype version published this time offers only core functionalities
based on a generic spec, so that it can be used by new types of service
providers in the future, as well as ISPs offering Internet connectivity
services. Small service providers may be able to use this prototype version
as it is for their operations, but large service providers will need to
make changes and customizations for integration with their flows of operation.
We would like to urge as many ISPs starting IPv6 services to use it, and
give us helpful feedback.
